Cavill’s character, Geralt of Rivia, is named the White Wolf within the books, owing to his look and the truth that he prefers working alone, as most witchers do.
The Witcher season 2 resumed filming within the UK again in August after a number of months of delays attributable to COVID-19. Netflix had been compelled to hit the pause button on The Witcher manufacturing in March after the continued coronavirus pandemic reached the British Isles.
